Rob Ocean Hall, Founder of I Can Eat Raw

Master Chef Ocean was personally trained in 2004 by Juliano, the world's premier gourmet organic raw food chef. His experience includes creating a wide array of delicious dishes for himself and others, researching all aspects of raw nutrition, and working for many years as a live foods chef at California and Oregon restaurants, including the famous Juliano's Raw (www.planetraw.com) in Santa Monica, CA, the Project 418 Restaurant in Santa Cruz, CA, the Luminescence Living Foods festival booth based in Ashland, OR, the Pure Joy Kitchen festival booth based in Berkeley, CA, and the Synergy Chef Collaborative in Sacramento, CA. He also co-owned and operated the highly successful Laughing Buddha Kombucha Tea business in Eugene, OR before relocating to California in 2007. He created I Can Eat Raw in 2009 to provide affordable, healthy raw food to California and teach others what he knows.
